TOUR PACKAGES TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Availability of airline seat and hotel reservation is not guaranteed until the required deposit of per person was made.

  • Any request to rebook tour is subject to availability. Rebooking penalties and fare difference will be charged.

  • Any hotel incidentals which are not included in the package is at own pax account.

  • Any unused part of the tour is non-refundable. There is no refund for no show.

  • For cancellation and refund, kindly refer to the above policy.

  • For installment and layaway plans, payment schedule must be STRICTLY FOLLOWED. Failure to do so will be subject to penalties and/or cancellation of the package.

  • Upon purchase, the REGISTRATION FORM and PASSPORT COPIES must be SENT BACK together with the copy of the deposit slip / payment transaction IMMEDIATELY to avoid penalties or cancellation of the package.

  • In every amendment made (e.g. additional participants, change of names, transfer of travel dates, etc.), an UPDATED REGISTRATION FORM must be sent.

  • Any amendment request such as changes in name (MINOR spelling only), date of birth of the passenger may have applicable charges.

  • The lead guest is the lead contact responsible for the whole group. He/she must disseminate any information obtained from the company. The company is not liable for any miscommunication between members of the group.

  • Make sure your passport is valid at least 6 months PRIOR to your onward and return date to avoid inconvenience. Our travel company is not liable for refusal of boarding.

  • Purchasing of domestic tickets or any tour activities prior to visa issuance is highly discouraged. Non-compliance to this doesn't make company liable to any applicable penalties to be paid to the airline in case of any changes in the booking.

  • Company has the right to proceed with the confirmation of the whole package or any services such as flight, hotel and tours even without prior notice however if there will be a change of any of the said services on the part of these tour operators, an email notification will be sent to the concerned participants informing of the said change/s.

  • Company is not liable for any offloading incidents may it be due to immigration or airline or airport measures or any reasons beyond the company’s control and as such no refund can be made whatsoever.

  • Company is not liable for changes of flight, tours and hotel accommodation due to weather, transportation, property renovation related issue, force majeure, acts of terrorism, and anything that is beyond our control (e.g. embassy advisories)

  • Some package has a required number of pax to meet in order for the proposed itinerary and package to proceed.  In the event that the travel company and operator is not able to consolidate the required number of pax, the company has the right to re-schedule or transfer the participants to other travel dates or tour package.

  • In packages such as Korea, China, Harbin, etc. with compulsory tour is specified in itinerary, PAX HAS TO FOLLOW THE WHOLE SCHEDULED ITINERARY. If pax decides not to follow, all the hotel rooms, tours and meals will automatically be forfeited and is subject for a surcharge per person.

  • Lead guest is responsible in ensuring that all the participants have all the required documents necessary for travel abroad such as visa and other related documents like Travel Authority for Government Employees, ARC or ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD and old passports for Foreign passports or Balikbayans, Travel Clearance from DSWD for CHILD/MINORS NOT travelling with their parents, etc.

  • For countries that requires visa application, our travel company will try our best to have your visa approved but in the event of denied visa, the amount indicated in the cancellation/refund policy per person is non-refundable since airline, hotel and tour are all confirmed and guaranteed prior to visa issuance.

  • All the requirements for visa assistance must be submitted on or before the due date indicated above. Failure to comply with the requirements on the given dates will automatically result to cancellation of package and applicable penalties

  • Submission of visa applications thru travel agencies does not guarantee visa approval. The discretion still lies upon the consul and company is not liable for such decision.

  • Refund Policy is only applicable to Denied Visa, for all other reason it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Delays in processing due to reasons such as non-readable documents and lack of supporting papers requires additional data/info and error committed by the authenticating agency and error committed by requester shouldn't be construed against committed timelines.

  • We value our clients but we also request and appreciate honest declarations to avoid confusion/disapproval of VISA / documents and/or prolonged processing.

  • Any fake documents submitted for VISA application processing will be confiscated and payments will be forfeited. This includes tampered and illegally procured documents as verified by respective agencies.

  • For Europe tours, must read the terms and conditions at https://https://www.europamundo.com/eng/terms_conditions.aspx before purchasing the package.

  • Some European tours are operated by bilingual language (Spanish and English).

  • Some tours are based on SIC (seat-in-coach) package if stated.

  • Anything that is NOT indicated in the inclusions will be of pax own account.

  • Most hotels standard check-in time is between 1400-1600 hrs (2 to 4pm) and check-out time is 1200 noon (depends on hotel's policy).

  • For Some European SIC Tours, each passenger is allowed to carry only one (1) baggage with a maximum of 30kg and a small handbag as space under the bus is limited. The operator doesn't have any supplement for those passengers carrying extra luggage. In the cases all the luggage doesn't fit in the bus, please be aware that the extra bags will be sent to next overnight destination by a shipping company and the client must pay and afford the cost of that shipping.

  • DOUBLE-BED ROOMS & TRIPLE ROOMS for Europamundo Tours cannot be guaranteed that all the rooms in the hotels will have double beds and it is possible that, in some hotels, the room will be a twin room (two single beds). In cases there are no triple room, a double bed and an extra bed (sometimes sofa bed) may be provided.

  • For some Europe itineraries that includes domestic flights e.g. Rome to Madrid, only 20 kilos check in baggage will be included by default.

  • Additional baggage allowance is at own pax account.

  • ORIGINAL PASSPORT with approved VISA will be release only once fully paid, once there is a valid travel or reason to secure the passport, client must submit notarized reasons and stating for the compliance and to paid the balance as stated in the due date.

  • Travel Confirmation Voucher will be provided 3-5 working days upon full payment.

  • Final Travel Documents will be issued 3-7 days prior the travel date.

  • Clients are suggested to purchase their OWN TRAVEL INSURANCE. Most tour package has NO INSURANCE OF ANY KIND in the inclusions unless stated.

  • RT-PCR or any kind of tests required by the destinations in on PAX OWN ACCOUNT unless stated included.

  • The lead guest, as the lead contact responsible for the whole group, must disseminate any information obtained from the company. The company is not liable for any miscommunication between members of the group.

  • The lead guest is responsible to coordinate with the LGU or other respective authorities regarding the safety protocols in the group’s destination, as well as to provide the requirements.

  • Travel Agency is NOT liable for any damages, losses, or costs and legal issues if any that may arise from any of the trips.

  • Additional terms & conditions may be added per tour package.
